The e-Token App is a mobile application designed to generate One Time Passwords (OTPs) for electronic transaction authentication. It serves as a convenient alternative to the traditional Hardware Token.

Cost of Token/Charges:

Upon activation of the e-Token, customers will be charged a one-time fee of N1500. By activating the e-Token on your device, you give consent for the relevant linked account to be debited with the applicable activation charge. Please note that the bank reserves the right to review and adjust the activation charge without prior notice to the customer.

Activation Methods:

To activate the app, follow the instructions specified below:

Individual Registration:

• Choose "Register as an Individual" during the setup process.
• Select your preferred activation method:
• • Hardware Token: Enter your Account Number, 4-digit Server PIN, and Hardware Token Code.
  • Debit Cards: Enter your Account Number, ZENITH Bank issued ATM card (last 6-digits of PAN #), and 4-digit card PIN.
  • Quick Access: Visit a Bank branch to generate the activation code required for enabling access on the e-Token App.

Corporate Registration:

• Select "Register as a Corporate" during the setup process.
• Select the desired activation method:
